Double Vacuum-Boiler Flush System is a desirable system for regions facing water scarcity as well as to tackle over exploitation of water. Community and public toilets remain as one of the most challenging shared spaces in terms of cleanliness, hygiene and operations and maintenance. To overcome this issue, our team proposed a system called “Double Vacuum-Boiler Flush System” which engrosses only 2.5 litres of water, out of which 1.5 litres are recovered and used for further flushing in toilets. All the other existing toilet system around the world has developed at least some mechanism of using grey water for flushing. But none have succeeded in encompassing an effective mechanism to recycle and restore the flushed water or a technique for separation of the faecal matter into liquid and solid whereby the solid part is further treated out to make compost, manure or even biogas.
