EichhoTech is a student start-up located at Sanatana Dharma College Alappuzha. They make value-added products from water hyacinth or Eichhornia, the world’s worst waterweed. The flagship product of EichhoTech is Biodegradable, Ready-to-plant seedling pot. This product will abate the usage of single-use plastic considerably. In addition to this, they make handmade paper, visiting cards, artworks, stationary and home décor items from water hyacinth.
