Startup aims to develop Natural and organic value-added products from underutilized fruits without any additives or preservatives that can be made available in the market. The products are in ready to use form with long shelf-life, nutritive, highly export quality products can be marketed for a reasonable price. N-Sour kudampuli sathu (N- Sour കുടംപുളി സത്ത്) is one such product scientifically developed from our department with such an initiative. We are planning to develop more such products and thereby popularize the underutilized fruits.
