Preparation of natural dye from the bulbs of Eleutherine bulbosa (Miller) Urban (Iridaceae) and its utilization in the textile industry.  The dyeing and medicinal properties of Eleutherine bulbosa together could enhance the quality of the cotton cloth, which could then be used to stitch hospital surgical dresses, surgical face masks, and baby diapers. Wound dressings and bandages could also enhance the healing process.Herbal clothing is nontoxic, non-carcinogenic, biodegradable, and eco friendly.
